Dangerous Driving in Windmill ave , Pipers Hill road ,Hawthorn Road, Headlands
We are investigating complaints of Dangerous Driving in Wind mill Ave , Pipers hill Road, Hawthorn Road in KETTERING and are appealing to local residents for information. A Honda CIVIC in Beige 57 plate has been seen driving around erratically in the above areas on the 15/10/2025 at around 15.25 and 15.40. Could you please have a look for any CCTV or dash cam footage regarding this vehicle. Thank you
